What is covered
- Free 3-Year Limited Warranty on the 2 Pack
- Free 5-Year Limited Warranty on the 4 Pack
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in your ShowerGem shelving units. It starts on the date you bought them. It applies in every country we sell to.
What is not covered
- Misuse, including loading beyond the weights in our product guidance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from installing on unsuitable surfaces or ignoring the installation instructions.
- Damage caused by accidents, abrasive cleaners or modification.
How to make a claim
- Email info@showergem.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address for your region.
- Post the product back to us. You pay the return postage.
- We check it. If it is faulty, we replace it or refund you (our choice) and we refund your return postage.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, not instead of them. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by country or state.
- EU and UK: you have legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described, under your national consumer law. This warranty does not affect them.
- Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- New Zealand: this warranty does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Canada and the United States: you may have additional rights under your provincial or state consumer laws.
